Recent research has addressed mission-critical priorities such as adapting market strategy to heightened uncertainty; identifying growth opportunities in an economic downturn; developing asset-based consulting offerings and delivery models; and adopting a more effective approach to competitive differentiation. Mr. Williams works with organizations of all sizes across all major industries and geographic markets.
Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Williams built and managed a research line focused on providing insights into the emerging market for digital consulting services at a boutique research house.
