Brittany Cook is an analyst in the inclusion and employee experience spaces. She has helped CHROs and HR leaders navigate the changing inclusion environment and delivering an effective employee experience. Common topics include embedding inclusion across talent processes, structuring strategy and metrics to create a business case for inclusion and culture, maturing employee resource groups, and evolving inclusion initiatives and communications in today's environment. She also focuses on using employee engagement survey creation and analysis for action planning and creating and delivering an authentic and distinctive employee value proposition.
Before becoming an analyst, Brittany led Gartner's inclusion research. Brittany came to Gartner with experience in international research on migration, international development, non-profit organizations, and environmental politics. She also has experience in data analysis and visualization as a cartographer and GIS specialist in the government and non-profit sectors. As a faculty member, she was involved in several inclusion and internationalization initiatives for faculty and students. She also specialized in universal course design and inclusive pedagogy.
