Bryan Cole is a Practice Vice President overseeing Gartner's Healthcare and Life Science industry vertical research teams. In this role he oversees a diverse group of analysts covering broad ranging topics such as healthcare strategy, care delivery, payer operations, life science clinical development and commercialization, health technologies, and business model innovation. Mr. Cole works with CIOs, business leaders, executive committees and boards of directors to shape their strategies, create new value and measure their success in meeting the evolving customer demands.
Mr. Cole has led product development, provider network construction, market intelligence, regulatory analysis, strategic planning, and IT system implementation efforts for a range of tightly regulated managed care product lines. These include fully-insured and self-funded commercial group, ACA Exchange, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and ancillary plans among others. In his prior work, he developed practical experience in delivering sustainable results, competitive differentiation, affordability, customer value, and member experience.
