Caroline Ogawa is a director in the human resources practice. In her role as an analyst, Caroline develops insights for talent acquisition and helps HR leaders achieve their critical priorities within the recruiting space. She covers topics such a labor market insights, talent attraction and sourcing, assessment, and recruiter development. Outside of recruiting, Caroline has also conducted research on employee experience, organizational design and change management, and leadership effectiveness.
