Casey Nolan serves as a Director, Team Manager for the Software & Cloud Negotiation Practice in Supply Chain & Procurement. She manages a team of Principals and Senior Principals covering mega vendors such as Microsoft, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Workday.
Previously, Casey served as a Researcher writing to Heads of Quality, CSCOs, and Heads of Customer Fulfillment. She researched such topics as talent, risk, customer service, and process improvement. She also served as a Team Manager for the Research Talent Lab, managing a team of Specialists across the HR, Communications, Customer Service, and Assurance practices, as well as a Director, Team Manager of Research, managing Senior Specialists writing to procurement, logistics, quality, R&D, and the CSCO.
