Catherine Watts is an Analyst Team Manager within Gartner's ITLTP Applications Group, covering the Digital Workplace and Employee Experience Technologies. This team advises IT Leaders on strategies for elevating employee's digital dexterity and new ways of working via people, process, data and new technology decisions. With more than a decade of experience at Gartner, Catherine has also led PPR research teams and served as an individual contributor in the capacity of new product development, executive advisory and account management for marketing, sales, and communications leaders.
Prior to joining Gartner, she oversaw regional market growth efforts for an emerging product category at Louis Vuitton.
