Chad Walker is principal advisor on the CIO advisory team. He advises CIOs and senior technology leaders on strategy, management practices, and improving organisational performance.

Mr. Walker uses best-practice research to address organisations' mission critical challenges around; digital business transformation, operating model design, talent and culture change, IT metrics and performance management, innovation, and strategic planning. He works with public and private sector leaders to help drive enterprise outcomes and accelerate decision making - in order to maximise the business value of IT capabilities and investments.
