Mr. Marshall has over 25 years experience in the Financial Services industry, driving significant digital transformation across global organisations. Mr Marshall is an expert in the Technology capabilities and Process Engineering of complex Data Management, Data Operations, Data and Analytics Services, Vendor POC and selection, Technology innovation and the transformation of business towards a digital environment.
Mr Marshall specializes in researching and providing insight to the challenges and opportunities Data and Analytics services vendors face in securing customers in a persistently evolving market.
Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Marshall was a Senior Director at Moody's Analytics, where he was responsible for launching and implementing the new Financial Data strategy and operations in China.
At Moody's Investors Services, Mr Marshall was Head of the Global Data Operation teams, and led the digital transformation of the data process towards a harmonized platform.
