Clarence Grant is a member of the Gartner Consulting Sourcing & Vendor Ecosystems practice. He has over 18 years' experience in the public and private sector IT industry specializing in IT strategy and operations, strategic sourcing/outsourcing, and vendor management. Over the course of his career, he has also provided professional consulting services associated with the system development life cycle, enterprise architecture, business process re-engineering, legacy system modernization and project management. His business and technology strategy knowledge has allowed him to develop and deliver solutions that realize mission goals, reduce costs and optimize operations.
Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Grant provided consulting services to the Department of Homeland Security Transportation Security Administration.
