I am a Senior Director Analyst in Gartner's Enterprise Applications and Digital Workplace practice. I advise IT and application leaders on how to turn AI investment into measurable business value while retaining control of their application platforms and strategies.
My research covers enterprise AI assistants, agentic AI, AI-enabled work, and emerging vendors and architectures. I help leaders assess AI capabilities across their application portfolios establish value, data, and knowledge-readiness, governance and adoption plans; and make pragmatic platform choices that limit unnecessary vendor lock-in and technical debt.
As a former technical founder, I bring an operator's perspective to balancing technical opportunity with the realities of enterprise implementation.
Before joining Gartner, I was a three-time technical founder across proptech, geospatial, energy, and AI. Most recently, I co-founded and led PropertyFi, an AI and computer-vision property-intelligence company. I have also held director-level IT and technical consulting roles, served as CTO for several startups, and worked in enterprise solutions architecture, product management, and marketing.
This experience across buyer, vendor and delivery contexts gives me a practical understanding of how organizations evaluate, procure and implement emerging technologies, and where otherwise compelling straegies can fail in execution.
