Danielle Torgerson is one of Gartner Supply Chain's leading people analysts. Ms. Torgerson provides insight and advisory support to Chief Supply Chain Officers (CSCOs) and Supply Chain Functional Leaders on the design and execution of Supply Chain Talent Strategies. She partners with Leaders to innovate, transform, and enable talent programs and initiatives that support Supply Chain's operational needs and yield positive performance outcomes. Ms. Torgerson specializes in guiding Clients through the creation and implementation of Talent Strategies that serve both Supply Chain's frontline and strategic roles. Her research focuses on Talent Management, Workforce Development, Engagement, Future of Work, Change Management and Communications.
