Delphine Pouget is a Director with Gartner Consulting's Sourcing and Vendor Ecosystems practice and works out of the Gartner offices in Paris, France. Ms. Pouget has 20 years of experience in IT management consulting and specializes in strategic sourcing. She has played a key role in 50+ sourcing projects, helping clients in their key initiatives throughout the sourcing life cycle: from IT sourcing strategy definition, through service provider selection and the contractualisation phase (Request for Proposal [RFP] development, evaluation, negotiations) in large deals for IT infrastructure, applications and system integration, to sourcing management (Transition & Transformation Quality Assurance [QA], relationship performance assessment, vendor management strategy and dashboards, organisational change). Ms. Pouget demonstrates a combination of business and technical backgrounds, with extensive international experience.
