I help CHROs understand how AI is impacting the workforce and translate that understanding into practical workforce strategies that deliver business value while keeping humans at the center.
Prior to joining Gartner, I spent nearly two decades working at the intersection of finance, open innovation, and people across global financial institutions including HSBC, Silicon Valley Bank, JP Morgan Chase, and Citi. Most recently at HSBC, I designed and launched a global AI people strategy across a workforce of 230,000 employees, partnering closely with HR, executive, and AI leaders to support large-scale workforce transformation. I also served as Head of Strategic Partnerships and Corporate Venture Capital, where I built the bank's open innovation unit and launched its first CVC presence in Latin America. Earlier in my career, I held senior leadership roles at Silicon Valley Bank, where I built and executed regional growth strategies for the tech and life sciences startup ecosystem. Prior to that, I held multiple roles across retail, business, and commercial banking at JP Morgan and Citi. Across my career, I have advised executives, founders, and HR leaders on growth, innovation, and organizational change at scale.
