Duncan Harris is a Research Director managing research in the HR Technology Strategy and Management space. His areas of expertise include HRIT strategy and roadmapping, functional excellence and driving end-user adoption. His current work focuses on supporting Heads of HRIT as they transform their function in light of digitalization. Since joining CEB in 2008, Mr. Harris has held roles in the commercial, advisory and product management team across the HR practice.
Prior to Gartner, Mr. Harris worked for the Scottish Executive and a bespoke industrial research group.
