Due to the broad nature of Make UK's portfolio he gained experience with several industries. Prior to that he worked within the finance industry in insurance broking. He started his career as a network consultant. He is a Chartered IT Professional, member of the British Computer Society and is certified ITIL Expert. He has particular interests in service management, networking, unified communications and PBX.
