Duncan Prosser is an MVP in the Infrastructure and Operations practice within the ITLTP group. Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Prosser worked for the U.K.'s manufacturing membership organization Make UK as the Head of Infrastructure and Operations. Due to the broad nature of Make UK's portfolio he gained experience with several industries. Prior to that he worked within the finance industry in insurance broking. He started his career as a network consultant. He is a Chartered IT Professional, member of the British Computer Society and is certified ITIL Expert.
