Ella Yan is a Sr. Principal Analyst within Gartner's CSCO Strategy team. She leads and contributes to research projects that address chief supply chain officers’ (CSCOs') key priorities. Her current coverage focuses on supply chain strategic planning and maturity. She also helps CSCOs anticipate supply chain disruptions and advises on best practices for cross-functional collaboration with research and development (R&D) teams.
Previously, Ella was a researcher in Gartner's R&D practice, where she provided senior R&D executives and their teams with the advice and tools needed to drive functional excellence, understand emerging trends, and spur innovation. She developed best-practice research on portfolio management, new product development, ideation, and cross-functional collaboration within the innovation network.
