Ellen Eichhorn is a Research Director in Gartner's CIO Research Group. Utilizing over 35 years of consumer goods experience, Ms. Eichhorn covers AI, digital optimization/transformation, trends and corporate social responsibility within consumer goods manufacturing. In addition, she covers the practices of trade promotion management/optimization, retail execution, and revenue growth management.
Prior to Gartner, Ms. Eichhorn was the CIO for North America supporting the regional delivery of IT applications and services for Henkel. She has in-depth experience in leadership, change management, application development/selection, service delivery, governance and sourcing. Prior to Henkel, she was with Ralston Purina. She held various positions, including working in the manufacturing facilities as a cost accountant and business analysis for application development.
