Emily Potosky is a Senior Principal based in Washington, D.C. In this role, Ms. Potosky develops, conducts and supports research investigations to help Customer Service and Support leaders understand the current state of the function and answer their most pressing questions. She devises implementation strategies and tools based on the experiences of senior executives and management teams to facilitate day-to-day operations, strategic change management and service delivery.
Ms. Potosky graduated from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies with a Master's in International Relations and International Economics in 2016. Her previous work experience includes a stint as a tax economist, the Resident Director for the Critical Language Scholarship Program in South Korea, and four years as an ESL educator.
