She provides strategic/actionable advice to IT users and vendors in the digital workplace and end-user computing technologies area.
Ms. Hariu joined Gartner in 1998. Before joining Gartner, she worked as a System Engineer supporting mainframes and covering Office systems at a major vendor. She also worked in a marketing position at TI, where she was responsible for analyzing vendor activities in the software market.
