Fabrizio Biscotti is a Managing Vice President in Gartner BTI and leads the "Cloud Platforms and AI Data Centers" team within the Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) group. The team advises IT leaders (Heads of I&O, CIOs, IT execs etc.) on a broad range of I&O initiatives including Platform Engineering, DevOps, DevSecOps, Value Stream Management, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Infrastructure as Code, Continuous Compliance Automation, Adaptive Release Management, Service Orchestration and Workflow Automation, GenAI in I&O, the AI Data Center.
Previously Mr Biscotti has been part of the team of analysts who covered go-to-market strategy and messaging / differentiation for B2B high tech clients within the Technology Marketing Practice in the Gartner Technology and Service Provider (TSP) research organization (now HTI) where he contributed to tech go-to-market research, marketing, messaging, positioning, storytelling and go-to-market strategies including geographical market entry. From a technology/market perspective, he was responsible for the coverage of the application infrastructure and middleware (AIM) and PaaS markets and advised vendors and end users on key dynamics and opportunities.
In the past, Mr. Biscotti has served as Gartner's Vendor Lead Analyst covering a major software vendor and as agenda manager has managed several research initiatives: for European software coverage, for worldwide infrastructure software market studies and for the entire enterprise software market dynamics.
He earned twice the Gartner's Research Achievement Award in recognition of outstanding achievement within the research organization.
Before joining Gartner, Mr. Biscotti completed research projects for RHOSS, an Italian HVAC manufacturing company, and worked for Officine Forgiarini, which participates in the production of robotics and industrial automation.
