Prior to joining Gartner, Fariba held C-Level roles with AcuteNet, Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG), Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC), Allstream, Bell Nexxia, and Compuware UNIFACE in the Netherlands, where she pioneered digital transformation initiatives and delivered measurable business outcomes globally. Fariba has served on 15+ boards and advisory committees since 2000, including Seneca College, St. Joseph’s Health Centre, YMCA of Greater Toronto, Catholic Health Sponsors of Ontario, Dell Software, Teradata, University of Toronto College of Electors, and several venture-backed firms.
