Geraint John is a Research Vice President in Gartner's Supply Chain Operations team, focusing on sourcing and procurement, supplier relationship management and supplier risk. He is responsible for helping procurement and supply chain leaders to develop their sourcing capabilities, drive more value from key suppliers and improve the resilience of their supply bases.
Prior to joining Gartner/SCM World, Mr. John worked in a procurement and SRM consulting firm providing research and learning and development services for clients, as well as leading the firm's knowledge capital work. Before that, he worked as an editor and journalist in business-to-business publishing, including a decade in editing two magazines for the procurement community (Supply Management, CPO Agenda).
