As Director Analyst in our Finance practice, Geraldine Garaud provides guidance in a number of key areas, such as finance strategy, organization design, change management and advises clients on effective finance transformation programs.
She has a successful record of finance profitability and financial policy development of complex issues within fast-paced matrix environment. Mrs. Garaud is proficient at understanding global market, she has lived and worked in 9 different countries.
Prior to joining Gartner, Mrs. Garaud has spent the last 17 years in various Finance roles in complex matrix organizations. Outside the US, she lead finance groups in Asia, Middle East and Europe. More recently Mrs. Garaud advised CFO and Finance leadership teams on Finance transformation and lean initiatives.
Performance orientated executive with international experience in finance leadership. In her previous responsibilities, Mrs. Garaud lead internal audit teams, large project controlling groups, country and regional finance organizations, region commercial finance and finance transformation programs.
