Specific technology markets: He covers the following technology markets in depth and helps clients understand the dynamics in these markets - cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) suites, strategic workforce planning technologies, skills management technologies, internal talent marketplace technologies, and employee experience technologies. He advises organizations on the trends in these markets, assessing the technology solutions in these markets, and the leading practices in optimally adopting those solutions.
Before joining Gartner, Harsh led HR technology strategy and vendor selection consulting engagements at PwC and Deloitte. He has also held a senior corporate strategy and marketing role at Ceridian and a director analyst role at Everest Group.
