I. Cross-technology strategy and preparation: He advises clients on creating HR technology strategies; identifying gaps in their HR technology portfolios and prioritizing HR areas for technology transformation (including HR business capability modeling); contextualizing HR technology market trends; envisioning future state technology alternatives/options; building HR technology business cases; creating HR technology roadmaps including module sequencing plans; running an RFP/RFI process including creating RFP/RFI requirements and demo use cases; and understanding the typical high-level considerations for implementation.

II. Specific technology markets: He covers the following technology markets in depth and helps clients understand the dynamics in these markets - cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) suites, strategic workforce planning technologies, skills management technologies, internal talent marketplace technologies, and employee experience technologies. He advises organizations on the trends in these markets, assessing the technology solutions in these markets, and the leading practices in optimally adopting those solutions.

Previous experience

Before joining Gartner, Harsh led HR technology strategy and vendor selection consulting engagements at PwC and Deloitte. He has also held a senior corporate strategy and marketing role at Ceridian and a director analyst role at Everest Group.
