I am a Director Analyst, part of the GTP D&A team. My research focuses on Machine Learning, (Generative) AI and emerging Agentic Frameworks. I help clients understand how to responsibly adopt, operationalise, and scale these technologies to drive measurable business impact.
I’ve built my career around designing and delivering AI‑ and data‑driven solutions across Microsoft, ING Bank, ABN AMRO Bank, among others. In these roles I moved from hands‑on engineering into roles where I shaped architectures, led technical teams and helped large organisations adopt emerging technologies in a practical way. Before stepping fully into industry, I spent many years in academic research across multiple institutes and universities, which gave me a strong foundation in rigorous research methodologies and a mindset that translates well into solving complex problems in companies. In all these roles, my focus has remained on creating cloud‑native, scalable and reliable solutions that genuinely support business goals.
