Jack Fuller works on a team of researchers and executive advisors dedicated to helping senior HR leaders make talent and business decisions in an era of profound change. His role as a Research Principal involves consulting with Gartner's global network of clients to understand common strategic challenges, then applying Gartner's research methodology to uncover the insights required to solve them.
Before Gartner, Mr. Fuller has worked with Liftoff LLC, where he identified candidates(law firms) in emerging markets for association membership. He has also worked as a Mental Health Worker at Forest View Psychiatric Hospital, where he was responsible for patient safety. During college, he worked in a Circuit Court where he assisted with research, prepared jury instructions and drafted legal memos.
