I led cross-functional pods across Marketing, Media, CRM, Product, Engineering, and Data Science; built EU-wide segmentation frameworks condensing 30,000+ audiences into 5 actionable strategic layers using 2,000+ behavioral signals; and delivered shopper-scoring and propensity models producing +65% ROAS and –43% CPC for Colgate EU. Before VML I spent a decade at Amazon EU Marketing as Senior Manager — Analytics, Strategy & ML, owning attribution, MMM, multi-touch, forecasting, pricing elasticity, SKU profitability, and ML pipelines for €2B+ in annual EU marketing investment — delivering ~10% efficiency gains, 20% media-ROI uplift via Robyn MMM + Media Performance Optimizer, a 12-app GenAI suite for insights and decisioning, agentic AI systems on Vertex AI + MCP, and launches across Native Shopping Ads and Sponsored Products . Earlier, as Assistant Vice President — Product Analytics at Citigroup (USA), I led consumer-banking analytics covering segmentation, pricing, profitability, lifecycle, and incentive-optimization systems delivering $160M+ annual savings. I started my career at HSBC (UK) as Assistant Manager — Credit Risk, building Basel II PD/LGD/EAD models for global retail portfolios across EU, APAC, and MENA.
