Jane-Anne Mennella is a Vice President and Team Manager on the Gartner for Marketing Leaders team. She leads a team of analysts and advisors who create research for and advise CMOs and other marketing leaders. Before taking on a management role, Ms. Mennella was a Gartner analyst who covered Customer and User Experience, Customer Research and Insight, and Testing and Optimization.
Before joining Gartner, Ms. Mennella held several positions as VP and Director to define, implement and continuously optimize the overall customer and user experience. In these roles, she championed the use of an array of research and testing methodologies to understand client needs, values and drivers, and create or improve products, experiences and services.
