Jasleen Sindhu is a VP Analyst with Gartner's Financial Services team and is located in Canada. As a content leader for banking, Jasleen focuses on trendspotting strategic business shifts that are shaping the future of the banking industry. Ms Sindhu's endeavor is to help CIOs succeed in evolving and operationalizing their technology decisions in the context of emerging business trends. Jasleen's recent work includes analysis of the largest banks evolution in their business strategy, and how it translates into tech investments, digital products/solutions, partnerships, and metrics/KPIs. In addition, Jasleen specializes in the Generative AI trend for banking use cases, vendors, people enablement and organization set up.
Prior to joining Gartner, Ms. Sindhu worked as a Consultant at Accenture and Wipro, with a special focus on Financial Services, Retail, Communication and High Tech industries. Her role required extensive knowledge of application and the usage of data, and predictive analytics to develop future business strategies and vision for enterprise leaders. At Accenture, Jasleen also co-lead innovations that were duly filed for a patent. Before her stint at Accenture and Wipro, Jasleen co-authored books and research papers on the impact of political and financial reforms on the economic development of India.
