I have extensive experience as a technical leader within highly regulated environments, including air-gapped government projects and major financial institutions. Over the course of approximately 17 years in the public and private sector, I have contributed to a broad range of initiatives—from developing secure AI software applications prior to the advent of ChatGPT, to automating cloud, hybrid, and on-premises infrastructure deployments.

My core areas of expertise include AI deployment, DevSecOps, and MLSecOps (the integration of DevSecOps and MLOps), as well as Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). I have served as Lead Architect and Head of DevSecOps for several Department of Defense programs, such as Platform One and Northrop Grumman’s Hypersonic Missiles programs for SiAW and AARGM/ER.

Additionally, I have successfully deployed AI applications leveraging Natural Language Processing, Large Language Models, Super-Resolution, and Predictive AI for Lockheed Martin Space. I have also conducted research on blockchain technologies and Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDC) for Booz Allen Hamilton.
