Ms. Kopcho's research focus includes digital business transformation, enterprise and I&T operating models, integrated portfolio planning, governance and I&T strategy realization topics. Her background includes international consulting and management experience across several Fortune 100 companies in multiple fields, including financial services, high tech and telecommunications, retail/manufacturing, and the public sector. She has expertise in leading the integration of strategic planning, and governance and operating model and organization design, including the integration of these practices in agile approaches and IT service management.
Ms. Kopcho has over 29 years of experience in the IT industry. She started her career in quality and process management, where she was responsible for the establishment of project/program management standards and product management execution methods. She acted as a global process and methods lead across several regional and global teams, providing application and infrastructure IT outsourcing services.
