Joseph is a Senior Director Analyst in the AI Technology and Operations Evolution Team, helping technology leaders and C-suite executives globally to build and execute strategies in artificial intelligence, engineering, and cybersecurity. He guides organizations on the strategic and technical dimensions of leveraging data and AI to drive innovation and create tangible business value. Joseph also provides guidance on human-machine teaming and leadership in complex environments.
Prior to joining Gartner, Joseph held a variety of senior technical leadership roles at several organizations across government, telecommunications and engineering. His extensive experience includes leading teams of up to 50 people, co-founding an AI/human-machine teaming cyber startup, and devising and implementing award-winning solutions that delivered millions of pounds in end-user value.
