I advise CHROs on how to turn artificial intelligence into measurable workforce impact. My work focuses on moving AI from experimentation into scaled, trusted adoption, therefore improving productivity, workforce effectiveness, and decision‑making while maintaining responsible AI practices. Drawing on hands‑on enterprise AI leadership experience, I help CHROs shape the conditions that enable sustainable change in the AI era—clarifying expectations, redesigning work, and aligning talent, culture, and operating models for AI‑enabled ways of working.
Prior to joining Gartner, I worked for Highmark Health for 13 years. Most recently I served as Vice President of AI Strategy & Enablement, building and then leading the enterprise AI Center of Excellence in a highly regulated environment. Reporting to the Chief Analytics Officer, I worked directly with the C‑suite to define AI strategy, establish responsible AI governance, and scale generative AI adoption across the enterprise.
I stepped into this role after nearly 10 years in Human Resources. There, I built my executive foundation in human capital and enterprise change leadership, which enabled me to work alongside HR while leading AI at the enterprise level. This perspective allowed me to translate advanced AI capabilities into workforce, operating‑model, and leadership impact, ultimately enabling executives across the payer and provider move AI from pilots to production in ways that delivered measurable value.
