Karl Rosander is a Sr. Director Analyst with Gartner Research in the Infrastructure and Communications Services team. Mr. Rosander's responsibilities include advising clients on provider service trends and best practices as they relate to contract structure, SLA's, ITIL process, operational efficiency, and overall vendor management.
Before joining Gartner, Mr. Rosander worked in Sr. Leadership for several Managed Service providers over the past decade, including among others; NTT/Dimension Data, AHEAD, and Nexus IS. Mr. Rosander was responsible for developing service product lifecycle management, improve client satisfaction, reduce costs, and improve quality assurance.
