Katja Ruud is a Sr. Director Analyst in the Infrastructure and Communications Services team in the Sourcing, Procurement and Vendor Management group. Her personal research agenda focuses on the full aspects of provisioning or procuring mobile, WAN and fixed voice services offering support on, e.g., vendor selection and evaluation, RFP negotiation, pricing, and terms and conditions.
Prior to joining Gartner, Ms. Ruud was a Market Analyst at Cable & Wireless (now Vodafone), where she covered the competing service providers and their capabilities with specific voice services' responsibility. At Sakura Bank, her responsibility entailed company and industry analysis related to corporate credit facilities and IPOs.
