Keith McIntosh is a Sr. Principal Quantitative Researcher on the Customer Service and Support team. In this role, he is responsible for survey design, data collection and analysis. He also facilitates research discussions that generate new lines of inquiry leading to Gartner insights.
Prior to joining Gartner, Dr. McIntosh worked as a project manager for a longitudinal study on the college to career transition. During his doctoral program, he studied urban sociology and specialized in community renewal initiatives. He has previous experience in market research where he collected benchmark data on brand health and the effectiveness of advertisements.
