Kimberly Ennis is a Program Manager in Gartner's Supply Chain Research group. She is on the SC Industries and Programs team focusing on leading research projects including the annual Supply Chain Top 25 ranking as well as the annual Healthcare Supply Chain Top 25 ranking. Ms. Ennis is a key contributor to the definition of the Top 25 methodology and successful execution of the ranking and report each year. To further expand the Top 25 research portfolio, Ms. Ennis is involved in the industry and geographical cuts of the Top 25 ranking.
Beyond this research, Ms. Ennis supports the Supply Chain Hierarchy of Metrics Benchmarking project. She defines, documents and executes processes to facilitate the benchmarking engagements between interested companies and SC industry analysts. She is involved in areas of social media for the Supply Chain team, particularly with Gartner's Supply Chain Excellence LinkedIn group.
Before her role as a Program Manager within the Supply Chain group, Ms. Ennis was a data-focused Research Analyst aligned to the Supply Chain Top 25 research.
Prior to joining Gartner, Ms. Ennis worked in the government procurement and e-commerce industry. These roles included database analytics, marketplace risk analysis and business-to-government e-commerce training.
