Kirsten Barnum Sandoval is Vice President, Business & Technology Insights, in Gartner's Sales Practice. In this role, she leads the sales operations and technology analyst team which consults with Chief Sales Officers, Heads of Sales Operations, and their teams to address their most critical priorities and opportunities for growth.
During her 20 plus year tenure at Gartner, Kirsten has advised hundreds of Fortune 500 clients across multiple industries including technology, pharmaceuticals, business services, energy and financial services to drive organizational performance.
Prior to joining Business & Technology Insights, Kirsten was a leader in CEB's (now Gartner) commercial enablement excellence organization where she defined and implemented the commercial enablement strategy, including technology portfolio, global governance, process re-engineering and training programs.
Prior to assuming the Advisor role, Ms. Barnum Sandoval served as a Senior Director in Revenue Operational Excellence where she developed and implemented a revenue capabilities framework for a $625 million organization that defined a three-year strategic roadmap, defined global governance and talent standards, and re-engineered processes. Within this role, she successfully developed and launched a $15 million portfolio of global revenue enablement products managing and development, change management, user training, and communications.
