She serves as a subject matter expert in digital transformation, change management, CIO leadership and development, strategy and innovation, and talent management. As a Senior Executive Advisor, she provides thought partnership to client organizations by advising senior-level IT professionals regarding their strategic initiatives.
During her tenure at Gartner, Ms. Barnum Sandoval has worked with a diverse portfolio of Fortune 500 clients across multiple industries to drive organizational performance. As organizations focus on capturing business value from digital transformation, she has advised clients on defining their digital strategy, establishing digital operating models based on product lines, shifting IT's business engagement and governance, upskilling IT teams in entrepreneurial and managerial competencies and devising effective change management strategies.
Prior to assuming the Advisor role, Ms. Barnum Sandoval served as a Senior Director in Revenue Operational Excellence where she developed and implemented a revenue capabilities framework for a $625 million organization that defined a three-year strategic roadmap, defined global governance and talent standards, and re-engineered processes. Within this role, she successfully developed and launched a $15 million portfolio of global revenue enablement products managing and development, change management, user training, and communications.
