Kyle Rees currently serves as a Director and Sector Lead at Gartner. Mr. Rees' particular research areas include B2B digital performance benchmarking, sales enablement, demand generation, and digital brand strategy.
Mr. Rees' previous job responsibility included oversight and implementation of a CRM modernization project on contract with the U.S. Department of Justice. In addition to this, he led constituent targeting and outreach efforts, conducted audience and customer satisfaction analysis, and designed and launched a cross-channel (e-mail and social media) brand strategy for one of the department's sub-agencies.
Prior to his role as a marketing strategist, Mr. Rees managed and directed marketing and communications for the trade association representing Washington, D.C.'s $2 billion-a-year restaurant industry, where he helped develop regional policy statements, run co-branded campaigns and events with local and national consumer brands, and worked with national and foreign trade offices to promote agricultural products to restaurateurs and regional consumers.
