Kyle Rees currently serves as a Director of Research at Gartner. Kyle works across research production teams - data scientists, research analysts and survey managers Ã¢ÂÂ to program and deliver Gartner's research supporting the Customer Acquisition and Retention key initiative. This includes thought leadership, insights and tools on consumers and culture, demand generation and sales enablement, digital commerce management, and loyalty program management.
Kyle's previous job responsibility included oversight and implementation of a CRM modernization project on contract with the U.S. Department of Justice. In addition to this, he led constituent targeting and outreach efforts, conducted audience and customer satisfaction analysis, and designed and launched a cross-channel (e-mail and social media) brand strategy for one of the department's sub-agencies.
Prior to his role as a marketing strategist, Kyle managed and directed marketing and communications for the trade association representing Washington, D.C.'s $2 billion-a-year restaurant industry. In this role, he helped develop regional policy statements, designed and implemented co-branded campaigns and events with local and national consumer brands, and worked with national and foreign trade offices to promote agricultural products to restaurateurs and regional consumers.
