Kyle Rees is a Senior Director Analyst in the Gartner for Marketing Leaders practice. He advises manufacturing clients on marketing, digital and brand strategy.
Kyle has over 10 years of marketing experience across Retail, Real Estate, Travel, Tourism, Hospitality and Government.
Previously, Kyle was part of a team that implemented. a CRM modernization project on contract with the U.S. Department of Justice. In addition to this, he led constituent targeting and outreach efforts, conducted audience and customer satisfaction analysis, and designed and launched a cross-channel brand strategy for one of the department's sub-agencies.
Prior to his role as a marketing strategist, Kyle managed and directed marketing and communications for the trade association representing Washington, D.C.'s $2 billion-a-year restaurant industry. In this role, he helped develop regional policy statements, designed and implemented co-branded campaigns and events with local and national consumer brands, and worked with national and foreign trade offices to promote agricultural products to restaurateurs and regional consumers.
