Lacy lei is a Senior Principal Analyst covering digital workplace applications as part of Gartner's Employee Experience Technologies research group with a focus on unified communications and collaboration (UCC), meeting solutions, meeting devices and New Work Hub. She has an in-depth knowledge of China's Hybrid Working landscape and players.

Ms. Lei's helps clients make strategic decisions when selecting, designing or using effectively meeting solutions and devices, collaboration and new work hub applications, as part of a modern digital workplace.

Previous experience

Prior to joining Gartner, Ms. Lei led the Video Conferencing product management team at Anker, and worked closely with global and local meeting solution providers to define product portfolio, roadmap and go to market strategies. Previously at Poly, she played a pivotal role in driving transformation for hybrid workplace as a product manager. The versatile experiences of her working as part of IT, engineering, and sales teams, in addition to her exposure to organizations of varying scales (startups, government, and global) gave her hands-on expertise in strategy, financial modeling, user personas in the context of product management, hardware manufacturing and solution designing.
