Laura Gardiner is a Director Analyst aligned to the HR practice. Laura covers talent management technology and helps clients answer questions in regard to their performance management, succession planning and development planning technology implementations.
Prior to joining Gartner, Laura was an organizational development consultant and provided leadership coaching, project and change management, and led HCM implementations of Learning and Performance HCM modules. As a former HR practitioner, Laura holds the following certifications: HR Professional (PHR, HRCI); Project Management Professional (PMP, PMI); Certified Change Management Professional (Prosci).
