As a Senior Director based in London, Lee-Anne Vallee advises HR Leaders , with a particular focus on leadership, talent management and learning. Acting as a thought partner, Ms. Vallee engages HR executives around Gartner's latest research and insights to help guide individual and organizational talent decisions, and drive enterprise-wide performance.
Prior to joining Gartner, Ms. Vallee designed, facilitated and implemented talent practices, leadership development and people-change initiatives in global organizations. In addition, her wide-ranging HR practitioner experience includes recruiting, learning and development, and total rewards, as well as leading a team of HR business partners. She also worked in senior leadership roles in the Human Resources team at Nedbank in South Africa and as an HR Executive in Old Mutual in the United Kingdom.
