Maddie is a Senior Principal Analyst developing enterprise operating model insights. She supports her clients to build and organize the business capabilities needed to scale in new markets, foster innovation or enhance customer experiences, often whilst optimizing enterprise cost structures.
Her research focuses on the best ways to future-proof the op model and deliver transformational change to support long term strategy execution. Her conversations with leaders often focus on how to drive greater value from enterprise transformation programs, having led many £10m+ multi-dimensional transformation programs as a management consultant.
In her previous role at PwC UK she led complex enterprise operating model transformation programs, with a focus on collaborative design and driving sustainable business change. She spent her time working with CxOs and their teams to create cross-functional solutions across strategy, business architecture, technology, HR, Finance and partner ecosystems to design coherent enterprise operating models fit for future growth.
She is a Chartered Accountant with cross-sector experience in retail and consumer, financial services, energy and utilities, and professional and business services. She does not cover midsize organisations.
Maddie worked with exec teams on their most strategic change programs, putting strategies into action. She supported business leaders (most often CEOs, CIOs, COOs, CFOs, CHROs) to design and implement new enterprise operating models delivering large scale transformation. She worked across industries, functions and geographies for FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 businesses.
Maddie developed and advanced a PwCs modernised operating model design methodology. This including the large-scale op model training program, the operating model design GTM proposition, and relationships with op model vendors/partners, and sitting as SME across op model programs.
