His Research areas focus on Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE), Demand Management, New Product Introductions (NPI) and Product Portfolio Management, Supply Planning Inventory Management, Cross-functional engagement and enterprise decision-making. Malek guides clients on how drive enterprise impact from designing their organizations, structuring their planning processes, implementing successful planning transformations and strengthening their planning talent and culture.
Prior to joining Gartner, Malek successfully led complex transformation programs across multiple regions and ran Supply Chain operations across consumer goods, life sciences as well as fashion and apparel.
