Marie Sienkowski is a Senior Director Analyst in Gartner's Sourcing Procurement and Vendor Management team. Ms. Sienkowski focuses on Microsoft licensing topics, including negotiation planning, strategy and best practices, evaluation of Microsoft's various volume licensing models and programs, contract reviews, and analysis of pricing proposals.
Prior to joining Gartner, Ms. Sienkowski spent more than 15 years in IT sourcing, procurement, vendor management and software asset management roles. She has worked for publicly held manufacturing companies, including First Solar, Owens Corning and Pilkington North America (now NSG), as well as retailer Borders Group and privately held media company Crain Communications.
