Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Jaggers held roles in end-user organizations, service providers, and a major IT software company. During his career, he has led infrastructure architecture and development for large scale IT systems; backup, recovery, and storage engineering and operations; pre-sales consulting/engineering as well as post-sales customer success and support management.
