Mark Margevicius is a vice president and research director in Gartner Research, where his research covers Infrastructure and Operations Leadership, skills development, organizational structures, and organizational maturity. In addition, Mr. Margevicius covers DevOps and helping customers move from Project-based initiatives to Product-based initiatives.
