Martha serves as the practice leader overseeing major quantitative and qualitative research initiatives for the Marketing Leadership Council and Gartner for Marketing Leaders' peer and practitioner research team.

In this role, Martha manages the global research team's ongoing efforts to surface progressive insights, best practices, and implementation guidance for Heads of Marketing and their teams. Her current work focuses on personalization and content marketing.

Since joining CEB, now Gartner in 2003, Martha has worked in a variety of research and advisory roles with marketing, strategy, market insights, marketing technology, and small business marketing executives.
