Matthias Graf is VP, TM for the HR Practice Analysts. In this role, he is responsible for all analysts within the HR practice covering functional topic areas such as Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), HR Operating Model, HR Shared Services, HR Operations, as well as HR Cost and Budget Management. Matthias is also heading the HR Practice's fast-cycle research team (RROM).
Prior to becoming the team manager of the HR Function Analysts, Matthias was the KIL for the HR Function Strategy and Management KI, leading a global team of PPR researchers and analysts across the APAC, EMEA-UK, and US Regions. Before that, he was KIL for the HR Cost and Budget KI.
Pre-Gartner, Matthias worked as a HR and management consultant delivering international projects in topic areas such as talent and performance management as well as HR strategy and organization.
