Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Hammond worked in the retail industry, for companies such as Dixons Carphone Group, River Island Clothing Co. and Screwfix Direct. His previous roles were designed to explore, define and deliver new digital technologies via an identification process to full project roll-out. Focus was on designing, building and deploying a cost-efficient, innovative, first-to-market model of online and in-store digital technology standards for global deployment and to select the appropriate vendor applications.
